Before I was referred to Miguel I had been working with two other web designers and it was a huge contrast! The other two were bad at follow up and took days to respond to any questions I had while I was working with them. The expense was the same but the their customer service skills were terrible. Miguel was a very pleasant experience and remains to be that way moving forward. He understands that I am weak in my knowledge of these things and has shown a lot of patience. He responds best when I text him. I’m the same way in my business. I don’t like phone calls but I love texting first and then call if needed.
