We worked closely with the client to find out important information about rental products to identify what information clients might be looking for. Our goal was to create the product section in a way that allowed customers the ability to quickly find answers to potential questions. This could not have been done without an adequate amount of communication with the client.
The client had a thriving business with evolving needs. As their customer base increased they needed a website that could help communicate more information about the business in a way that made the process for their customers more convenient and effective. The client had ideas about what they wanted for their website but needed guidance as far as the approach. We met with the client and identified the needs for their business by researching similar businesses as well as learning as much as possible about their operation.

After tedious research we decided to perform a thorough catalog of photography on all of the biggest equipment. We proceeded to create a website that provided accurate information about all the equipment and used special infographics and links to important documents to create an informative website that could help answer questions many clients might have. Ultimately, the website has been a great resource for potential clients and has improved the overall rental process.
